• BRIDGE (Pilipinx Outreach & Retention) - *1 POSITION AVAILABLE* (1) Student Director
• AIRR (American Indian Recruitment & Retention) - *2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE*:  (1) Retention Coordinator (1) Administrative Coordinator
• SAFE (Southeast Asians Furthering Education) - *4 POSITIONS AVAILABLE*: (1) Student Director/RROC Representative, (1) Administrative Coordinator, (1) Retention Coordinators, (1) Recruitment Coordinators

Essential Job Details

• $15.75 hourly rate minimum, subject to increase
• 12-15 hours per week; flexible schedule; remote work available during the pandemic
• 3 quarter commitment: Fall, Winter, Spring
• SRRC All Staff Formation (September 18th-September 22nd, in-person)
• Must participate in training with student and career staff throughout Fall Quarter and the academic year.
• Participate in Monthly In-Services, and weekly staff meetings (during the academic year)
• Supported & advised by SRRC career staff & Student Directors

Qualifications

• Previous experience working or volunteering with the SRRC preferred
• Awareness of, and sensitivity to, issues specific to communities represented by the SRRC
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively
• Excellent organizational skills
• Dependable and motivated
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA
• A background check and TB test are required due to the possibility of working with minors
• Transportation may be necessary for recruitment coordinator roles. A valid driver's license is highly recommended, but not required to apply for recruitment positions.
