- COLLECTIVE (Transfer and Non-traditional Student Empowerment) - *1 POSITIONS AVAILABLE*: (1) Transfer Outreach Coordinator
- SAFE (Southeast Asians Furthering Education) - *6 POSITIONS AVAILABLE*: (1) Student Director/RROC Representative (1) Administrative Coordinator (1) High School Outreach Coordinator (1) Community Youth Development Coordinator

Essential Job Details
- $16.75 hourly rate (Student 3 base rate, differentials tbd)
- 12-15 hours per week; flexible schedule
- 3 quarter commitment: Fall, Winter, Spring
- New staff orientation - TBD
- SRRC Spring Formation In-person Training (Spring Quarter 2025 - Fridays 2-4 PM PT)
- SRRC All Staff Formation (September 15th-24th, 2025, in-person, all-day training)
- Must participate in training with student and career staff throughout Fall Quarter and the academic year.
- Participate in Monthly In-service (2nd Wednesday each month from 6-8pm), and weekly staff meetings (during the academic year)
- Supported & advised by SRRC career staff & Student Directors
- All scholar staff at the SRRC are required to abide by policies and procedures set by UC Davis and written in the SRRC Staff Manual
Qualifications
- Previous experience working or volunteering with the SRRC preferred
- Awareness of, and sensitivity to, issues specific to communities represented by the SRRC
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Excellent organizational skills
- Dependable and motivated
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Maintain a 2.5 GPA
- A background check and TB test are required due to the possibility of working with minors
- Transportation may be necessary for recruitment coordinator roles. A valid driver's license is highly recommended, but not required to apply for recruitment positions as long as you have alternative travel options.
