The Student Recruitment and Retention Center (SRRC) is recruiting student leaders for the 2023-2024 academic year. We are seeking ´╗┐self-motivated, accountable, professional leaders! Working at a student-initiated, student-led center is a rare and unique opportunity only available at a few universities nationwide.

We are currently searching for the following positions:

Essential Job Details

  • $15.75 hourly rate
  • 12-15 hours per week; flexible schedule; remote work available during the pandemic
  • 3 quarter commitment: Fall, Winter, Spring
  • New staff orientation - TBD
  • SRRC Spring Class In-person Training (Spring Quarter Only - Fridays 2-4 PM PT)
  • Must participate in training with student and career staff throughout Fall Quarter and the academic year.
  • Participate in Monthly In-Services, and weekly staff meetings (during the academic year)
  • Supported & advised by SRRC career staff & Student Directors

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working or volunteering with the SRRC preferred
  • Awareness of, and sensitivity to, issues specific to communities represented by the SRRC
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Dependable and motivated
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Maintain a 2.5 GPA
  • A background check and TB test are required due to the possibility of working with minors
  • Transportation may be necessary for recruitment coordinator roles. A valid driver's license is highly recommended, but not required to apply for recruitment positions.
